The Asian Culinary Forum is proud to launch the premier symposium on Asian food and culture at the Ferry Building October 10 - 12, 2008. This three-day celebration will gather a diverse group of professionals to explore how Asian communities have created dynamic cuisines around the world. Speakers and attendees at Asisan Food Beyond Borders include distinguished artists and academicians, chefs and farmers, producers and distributors, writers and entrepreneurs.
