On Saturday’s the San Francisco Bicycle Coalition and local sponsors are offering free, secure Bike Valet Parking at every Saturday Market - year round - 8am-2pm. The bike lanes along The Embarcadero and the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market’s sustainable mission make it a perfect location for valet bike parking. “Our family is so excited about this new service, which will make it easier for us to bike to the Market,” says Lainie Motamedi, a mother of two. “We love shopping at the Ferry Building Market, it’s a great family outing, and now we’ll able to bike there and know that we have a secure place to leave our bikes.” The secure bike parking service is open year round on Saturdays from 8am-2pm for all Saturday Ferry Building Farmers Markets, and is located in Harry Bridges Plaza across the street from the Ferry Building.
